Refund Policy

Effective Date: 6/11/2025
 

At Vitalia Concierge, we value your time and ours. Because we offer private, in-home medical and wellness services tailored to each client, all scheduling and staffing is done in advance. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
 

1. Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: No charge

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of service fee may be charged

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full service fee may be charged

Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or unforeseen events at our discretion.
 

2. Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for a service:

  • Refunds are available only if the service is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.

  • If canceled within the 24-hour window, a partial refund may be issued based on circumstances.

  • No refund will be issued for missed appointments without notice.
     

3. Package Services or Memberships

If you have purchased a service package or monthly membership:

  • Unused services may be eligible for partial refund, minus any services already rendered.

  • Administrative or booking fees are non-refundable.
     

4. Medical Ineligibility

If you are deemed medically ineligible for a service at the time of your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on the clinical reason. You will always be charged an initial nursing assessment fee of $190 at the time of your appointment, even if you are recommended to seek urgent or emergency care.
